I have used one of these for some time. They are positive and very dependable. Combine that simple dependability with a reasonable price and you have a winner. In addition, I work on a lot of computers for elderly people. Periodically I discover someone having issues with a mouse due to hand shaking or some other neurological problem causes their accuracy and mouse button clicking to be off., replacing the mouse with one of these trackballs normally cures their problem. For the price this mouse is great. I've had elbow problems from a regular mouse - this has helped a lot because it puts my wrist in an upright position. Left and right click work great, free software download from Perixx works well too. The blue LED's on the side of the mouse do stay on whenever the computer is off, but doesn't bother me. This for me has been a great alternative to a $60+ name brand. Thanks!

VERY EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! The only reason why I used a 'regular' mouse was there were no affordable trackball mice that had a scroll wheel. The add-on wrist support thingy is perfect. It adds that extra level of comfort that ensures that any wrist problems will not appear (hopefully). After a few rolls of the ball, the mouse moves fluidly and quickly. It paired up with Windows 7 without an issue.
